Enjoyed the comfortable bed and good quality toiletries provided during my Christmas stay. Liked the restaurants and mini-markets nearby, and the hotel's easy access to tourist spots and transportations.

The lack of basic hotel services such as room cleaning and water supply. the noise level from nearby establishments was also disturbing.

The location is quite convenient as it's close to Tay Ho lake and some great restaurants. the rooms and bathrooms are decent, and the service is good. the breakfast is well-priced and includes a beverage of your choice. the beds are comfortable and come with soft comforters.

Amazing value for money - the newly remodeled studio was a steal at just $25 a night! We loved the TV with good movie channels in English, and the restaurant had excellent food and service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with a variety of international restaurants, bars, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location on a busy street was perfect for exploring the city. It was convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen in my room on the 5th floor. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were professional. Oh, and the breakfast at a local French bakery was absolutely delicious!

All in all, everything was more than ok.

We had a wonderful city break in this hotel, the room was comfortable and had free breakfast which was of good quality. The hotel's wifi connection was strong and reliable. We also loved the fact that it was located near the center of everything, including restaurants and tourist attractions.

That the room's walls could use a new coat of paint, and the couch had some questionable stains. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was slightly difficult to locate, and night access to the lobby could be confusing. However, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable despite these minor hiccups.
